ENT
Understanding hearing, breathing, voice and balance through precise clinical assessment.
ENT brings together sensory function, airway health and head-and-neck anatomy to prepare
future physicians for careful diagnosis and coordinated care across all age groups.
The Department of ENT at SBR Institute of Medical Sciences is planned to develop a clear understanding of conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, upper airway and related head-and-neck structures while promoting accurate diagnosis and patient-centred care.
Ear, Nose, Throat and Head-and-Neck Health
Learners explore hearing loss, ear infections, sinus and nasal conditions, tonsillar disease, voice disorders, vertigo and airway problems while understanding common ENT conditions.
Examination and Diagnostic Reasoning
Learners engage in lectures, case discussions and clinical demonstrations while developing skills in ENT examination, hearing assessment and diagnostic interpretation.
Airway Safety and Team-Based Care
Learners understand hearing, speech and airway safety while developing awareness of ENT procedures, timely referral and multidisciplinary care.
Key Highlights
